6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONEGO.AI is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.
Our total liability for claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination:
You must cease all use of the platform.
Any outstanding payments remain due.
