Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out what you may and may not do when using ONEGO (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. ONEGO may update it from time to time.

Use the Service responsibly

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, in line with these rules and all applicable laws.

You must not

• Break the law, or use the Service to help anyone else break the law, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person.
• Access or use the Service, or any part of it, by unauthorised means, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or network.
• Copy, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, models or underlying data of the Service, except to the limited extent the law does not allow this restriction.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan, for example an agency plan serving clients.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, place an unreasonable load on it, bypass rate limits, or circumvent security or access controls.
• Introduce malware, or use the Service to transmit harmful code, spam or unsolicited messages.
• Submit domains, brands or content you do not have the right to submit, or track a competitor in a way that breaches a law or a third party right.
• Misrepresent the Service or its outputs, present estimated or fluctuating data as guaranteed fact, or use outputs to deceive or mislead others.
• Attempt to manipulate or game AI engines through deceptive, fraudulent or prohibited techniques, or use the Service to do so.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or to benchmark it for a competitor, without our written consent.

Fair use of shared resources

Plans include limits such as the number of tracked prompts, brands and seats. You must stay within the limits of your plan and must not share a single account to avoid paying for additional use. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the Service for everyone.

Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have breached this Policy, we may warn you, limit, suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice depending on the seriousness. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination without refund, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any other rights we have under the Terms or the law.
