AI data is indicative and fluctuates

ONEGO measures how brands appear in third party AI engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews. Those engines are probabilistic and change constantly. Their answers are not fixed: they vary from one moment to the next, differ between users, accounts, devices, locations and sessions, and can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong. As a result, the ONE Score, mentions, positions, sentiment, competitor comparisons and every other output of the Service are indicative estimates captured at a point in time. They will change, sometimes significantly, and they may not match what any particular person sees in any particular engine at any particular time.

No guarantee of accuracy

We take care to make the Service useful, but we do not warrant or guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of error.
