Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

Third party names

Third party names and logos referenced in the service, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. ONEGO is independent and not affiliated with those companies.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, and changes take effect as described at checkout.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as is basis. AI engines change frequently and results can vary. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention or outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ONEGO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date.
